Birchwood Bridal Box Terms and Policy
1. Subscriptions
By completing this purchase, you agree to enroll in the Birchwood Bridal Box monthly subscription. Your payment method will be charged today and automatically every 30 days unless you cancel. Each box ships shortly after your payment is processed. You may cancel at any time through your customer portal or by emailing staff@birchwoodvenue.com. All shipped boxes are final sale. Your subscription will automatically end one month after your wedding date.
When you purchase a subscription, you will receive monthly deliveries on a recurring basis. Your payment information will be stored securely, and you will be charged for each monthly delivery on the day you sign up and Monthly on the 5th of each month.
Auto-Renewal
All Birchwood Bridal Box subscriptions automatically renew every 30 days.
If you do not wish to renew, please cancel before your next renewal date.
Cancellation
You may cancel or update your subscription at any time. Your confirmation email includes a link to your customer portal where you can manage your subscription settings.

Subscription Billing
The Birchwood Bridal Box subscription is $59.95 per month (+ tax and shipping).
Your first payment is processed immediately at checkout.
All future payments are billed on the 5th of each month.
Billing continues until you cancel or until one month after your wedding date, when your subscription will automatically end.
2. Pre-Orders
A pre-order reserves a product that is not yet available. We may collect no payment, a partial deposit, or the full amount at checkout. Any remaining balance will be charged when the item is ready to ship.
Pre-Order Cancellation
You may cancel a pre-order that has not yet been fulfilled.
Once fulfilled, a pre-order becomes final and non-refundable.
3. Shipping Policy
We ship within the United States and Puerto Rico.
Shipping Timeline
Your first box ships within 7 business days of placing your order.
All following boxes ship shortly after each 30-day subscription payment is processed.
Shipping timelines may vary based on carrier and location. Customers are responsible for providing an accurate shipping address.
Birchwood Venue is not responsible for packages lost due to incorrect address entry.
4. Cancellation & Refund Policy
Subscription Renewal
Subscriptions renew every 30 days on the 5th of each month unless canceled.
Cancellation Timing
Cancel before your next 30-day renewal → you will not be charged again, and no future box will ship.
Cancel after your renewal has processed → your cancellation will take effect after the current month’s shipment.
All Sales Are Final
Because each box is curated and personalized, all sales are final after a box has shipped.
We cannot accept returns or issue refunds once fulfillment has occurred.
Limited Quantities
Because each box is personalized with names, wedding dates, and curated items, quantities are limited. Free gifts are available while supplies last.
Damaged Items
We gladly replace items that arrive damaged.
Eligibility: Any item damaged during shipping
Time Frame: Contact us within 7 days of delivery
How to Start: Email staff@birchwoodvenue.com with photos and your order details
Resolution: Replacement item or refund for the damaged item only
Shipping Costs: Non-refundable; return shipping charges (if required) may be deducted from any refund

5. Payment & Billing Issues
IIf your payment fails, Cratejoy will automatically retry. If payment cannot be collected, your subscription may pause or cancel until updated payment information is provided.
Sales Tax:
Sales tax will be calculated at checkout for Pennsylvania customers.
6. Acceptance of Terms
By subscribing to the Birchwood Bridal Box, you agree to these Terms & Policies. Policies may be updated as needed to support product availability, shipping schedules, or business operations. Any changes will be communicated to subscribers.
