Birchwood Bridal Box Terms and Policy
Subscriptions
When you purchase a subscription, you'll receive repeat deliveries based on the duration and frequency you choose. Your payment details will be stored securely, and you'll be charged for each delivery.
Auto-Renewal: Some subscriptions automatically renew at the end of their term. If you don't want to renew, please cancel the subscription before the renewal date.
Cancellation: You can cancel or change your subscription at any time. Your order confirmation email includes a link to your customer portal where you can manage your subscription. If you need help, please contact us for instructions on how to cancel.
Subscription Billing
The Birchwood Bridal Box subscription is billed at $59.95 per month. Your subscription payment will be automatically processed on the 5th of each month to the payment method you provide at checkout. Subscription billing will continue each month until you cancel, or until one month after your wedding date — at which point your subscription will automatically end.
Pre-Orders
When you place a pre-order, you're buying a product that is not yet in stock or will be available soon. We may collect no payment, a partial deposit, or the full amount at checkout. Your payment method will be stored securely, and any remaining balance will be charged when the product is ready to ship.
Cancellation: You can cancel a pre-order that hasn't been fulfilled yet. If the order has been fulfilled it is non-refundable.
Shipping Policy
We currently ship within the United States and Puerto Rico only.
Your first box ships within 2–3 business days of placing your order.
All following boxes ship around the 5th of each month (aligned with your billing schedule).
Shipping timelines may vary depending on carrier and location. It is the subscriber’s responsibility to provide an accurate shipping address. Birchwood is not responsible for lost packages due to incorrect address entry.
Cancellation & Refund Policy
Subscriptions automatically renew each month on the 5th unless canceled.
You may cancel your subscription at any time. Cancellations made before the next monthly billing date (the 5th) will apply to the following month’s shipment. Cancellations made after the 5th will apply after the current month’s box.
Due to the curated and personalized nature of our subscription boxes, all sales are final. We do not offer returns or refunds once a box has shipped.
Exception: If your box or one of the products inside arrives damaged, please contact us within 7 days of delivery with photo documentation and we will arrange a replacement item or a refund for that item.

Time Frame: For a refund or replacement of a damaged item you must contact us within 7 days of receiving the item.
How to Start: Contact us with your order details to begin an exchange. We'll provide instructions on what to do next.
Refunds: Once we receive and inspect your return, we'll notify you about the approval or rejection of your refund or replacement.
Shipping Costs: Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.

Payment & Billing Issues
If your payment fails, PayWhirl will attempt automatic retries. If payment still cannot be processed, your subscription may be paused or canceled until updated payment is provided.
Acceptance of Terms
By subscribing to the Birchwood Bridal Box, you agree to these terms and policies. Policies are subject to change as needed to support product availability, shipping operations, and business updates. Any changes will be updated for subscribers.
